Traditional VoIP PBXs
In addition to our new Hosted PBX service, Adtech has much experience with traditional customer premises PBXs based on VoIP technology. From deployments as small as four users to as large as a hundred or more users, Adtech can tailor a traditional PBX to your needs. The features of our Traditional PBXs are identical to our Hosted PBXs, and we have the capability to support a wide variety of trunking options, including VoIP, analog, and ISDN PRI trunks.
Why Would We Want A Traditional PBX?
While our Hosted PBX service is a great deal, it may not be appropriate for all locations or businesses. If your business has some very specific needs or is very large or does not mind the capital investment, purchasing a Traditional VoIP PBX can be a great way to expand your features and increase productivity. Hosted PBX systems are only useful up to about 10 phones or less if your internet connection is slower. Traditional VoIP PBXs are not tied to your internet connection, and thus can support hundreds of phones. If you have an exceedingly high call volume or require a large number of phones, a Traditional PBX may be perfect for you.
